One parking spot in the driveway is included. Our only shared space is the driveway and laundry room. The laundry room can be accessed across the cottage off the driveway. You might see my husband and I gardening around the house/driveway area, but otherwise you will have complete privacy. With the exception of cable, all other utilities are included. The furniture in this listing is for staging purposes and not included with the rental unless discussed before move-in. Very easy access to I-5 (option for express lane entrance) and public transportation. Bus Stop for #372 is located right in front of house. Southbound, this route goes directly to UW campus (2.5 mi) and easy access to the light rail station at the UW station. Northbound, this route goes to Bothell. Bus Stop for #309, 312, and 522 is a 7-8 minute walk (half the way is uphill to the stop, downhill from the stop). 522 is an Express route from downtown to Woodinville (10-15 minute bus ride to downtown). 309 and 312 are also express to/from downtown (but different route). Tenant responsible for cable, all other utilities included. $150 cleaning fee ($200 with pet) will be taken from deposit at the end of lease.
