Deposit is $1,300 and first months rent is paid upfront Deposit will be non refundable if there is a lease break before the year end, plus the months rent that you are current on. Lease terms are for 1 year plus, it's a very well kept apartment it is split into a duplex. You will be in the front, plenty of yard space for kids to run around in, nice and quiet neighborhood with a dead end street, usually those that drive down that street belong to that street.
