Totally custom home. Beautiful large Gourmet Kitchen with cherry cabinets. I really love how this house has an open layout and how the rooms are situated in such a way that you can use the rooms in so many different aspects. For example I have a room upstairs that I have set up as a loft bedroom. But it could be used for many different things such as game room, recreational room, large open Office, media viewing room, play room for children and many other things! This house has the type of layout that you can let your imagination run wild!! I love the open feeling of the home and all the glass. The Brazilian cherry wood porches are absolutely beautiful. The two back porches have been screened in, one on the first level one on the second level. Such a lovely place to relax. The way the house is situated it can be totally hot outside and you can go on the screen porche on the first level and notice about a 20 degree difference. The house must just be sitting in the right location to cause the porch area to be so much cooler. I also really love the Charleston heart pine flooring. It is a softwood and it does get nics but that just adds to the character. I love the feel of an old downtown Charleston home and this home has it!
