Must have a minimum 625 credit score, no rental debt/evictions, or collections, must make 3 times the rent amount and have a positive rental reference and income that is able to be verified, last 3 months of bank statements and pay stubs. Lease will be a 6 month lease and if both parties agree it has been favorable, we will extend it on a month to month basis after that with each party giving a 30 day notice if wishing to end all further contracts.
