There's also a dining area, in-unit laundry, and designated parking plus plenty of common space so you never feel cramped. Located in a convenient and safe neighborhood, the house offers easy access to local universities, grocery stores, coffee shops, and public transportation. With a friendly, student-focused atmosphere, this is the ideal spot for anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable place to live while pursuing their studies. Rent Payment: Rent is due monthly, on the 1st of each month. Payments can be made via [preferred payment methods, e.g., bank transfer, Venmo, etc.]. Security Deposit: A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at signing. This is refundable upon move-out, subject to property condition. Utilities: Rent includes water, trash, electricity and gas. Tenants share responsibility for internet. Parking: Designated parking spots are available at no additional cost. Laundry: In-unit laundry machines are available for tenant use at no extra charge. Guest Policy: Overnight guests are allowed with prior notice and reasonable limits to maintain a comfortable living environment. Maintenance: Tenants are responsible for keeping their rooms clean. Every other-week there will be a housekeeper coming, however price will be evenly divided by all tenants.
