The "Play room" above the garage is the only space that requires stairs. Fully furnished and great for entertaining, the dining room is open to the formal living room which also opens up with double doors to the pool area. The outdoor space is very comfortable with a dining table & heated pool (for those cooler days) all screened in. The kitchen is open to the breakfast nook and living room which agains opens to the pool area. The master suite includes a walk in closet, a mirrored door closet, and the master bathroom has a large tub, walk in shower and double vanity. There is a large fenced backyard, child's swing set, and tree swing. Home is at the end of a cul-de-sac for added privacy. Neighborhood access to the Cross Florida Greenway Bike Trails! Go for a ride at Santo's Trail Head, excellent location! Owner pays for weekly pool service. Owner pays for internet and bi-weekly garbage service. Tenant pays for power. Property is on a well so there is no water bill. Rental period is from the end of May until the middle of September.
