The kitchen has utensils, pots, pans, plates, and glasses. The backyard has a nice cedar deck. There is a nice porch on the front of the house for afternoon sun and everything is maintained well. Included in the monthly rent are gas, electricity, water & sewer, trash, and internet. There is a trail outside the back fence for hiking and biking. Carrs, Fred Meyer, and Walmart are an easy five minute drive from the house. All three hospitals are less than 10 minutes away, in case you work at one of them I'm looking for a long-term tenant for my place. Minimum lease term is 12 months, but prefer a longer lease term.
