Looking for one female tenant only. Rest of tenants are female as well. Up for rent is a private room of a 4 bedroom townhouse. A total of 4 people (including you) will be living at the house. All furnitures seen will be furnished. The furnitures are there to stay. You will not be able to bring your own bed. The bed is a twin size. Shared bathroom between 3 people (2 others + you). Washer and dryer available. All utilities included. Some house supplies also included (toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper). You will have one garage parking space. No additional parking allowed. There is a pool and jacuzzi in the community. No pets allowed. Room available now. The other current female tenants at the house (60 year old retiree, 25 year old waitress, 45 year old insurance agent). All are very nice, clean, and quiet.
