Walking distance to Greenhouse, Hutton and Smith, Calliope, Yellow Deli, UTC, Chattanooga Public Library, Miller Park... anything downtown is easy to get to, on foot or otherwise, from here. Condo's on the third/top floor, always been pretty quiet. Most of your neighbors are students but there are a few exceptions. Comes with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, solid AC and heat (being on the top floor it's quite easy to heat this place, you shouldn't need much energy for this). Spot comes with 1 designated parking spot, but there's plenty of street parking on Palmetto, Flynn, and 8th St. Was never an issue for me or visiting friends. Renter will pay their own utilities.
