The house & rooms are all fully furnished with brand new furniture and kitchen is decked out for all your cooking needs. In addition to the rent, there is a $250/mo membership (per person) which takes care of a lot! - All furniture costs for the house - All utilities (Electricity & Gas, Water, Internet, Cable, Trash) - Bi-weekly house cleaning - House necessities like paper towels, soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper (reasonable amounts) and dishwasher detergent. - A healthy dose of house snacks (first come, first serve my friends) - And a fund for family meals, parties, and maybe some drank!
