Axiom Construction Owner, Max Hilton, is a native Iowan. He was enrolled in the pre-engineering program at University of Northern Iowa and went on to work at DuPont and International Paper. Max then left Iowa for Tennessee and eventually landed in San Diego, California where he worked was involved in the building, marketing and management of 3 medical clinics. After missing the changing seasons of the Midwest, Max moved back to eastern Iowa and was involved with forestry and farming. He eventually settled in Iowa City in 1997 where he has been following his true passions of residential construction and project management.
