Minimum 550 credit score (No exceptions) Criminal Background Any conviction in the last 7 years, where the offense was for trafficking of narcotics or a charge that could make you a threat to persons or property may be grounds for denial.Automatic Declines Final decisions on all applications are based on standard criteria set by the Landlord, including rental and credit history, ability to pay rent and background check results.
