One room is completely empty (the playroom in the picture)
The other has a king bed in it right now, and 2 bunk beds that we have removed as of right now.
Everything is electric except the heat.
All utilities are included in the price.
Couches can be left or taken out, up to you.
Bunk beds can be replaced, also up to you.
Will be located on 3 acres, one of which will be "yours". It is very secluded. We have a trailer that will be at the very front of the land, and the camper will be at the very back. That being said, we will never show up unannounced or invade your privacy. We will be decently far away.
Utilities are included. Heat is gas, you will have to pay for that on your own. 5 propane tanks will be provided to you. Will do 6 months or 1 year lease. No smoking INSIDE of the rv.
