The street is one block long, ending at Nathaniel Jones Park. This is a quiet, safe place. The desert is one block away. There are actually two separate HOA fees, one monthly to Maravilla HOA and one quarterly to the Master HOA ($93) We replaced the original HVAC units (2) in July 2017 with much more powerful units. Also replaced: Hot water heater, garage door opener, under-sink garbage disposal. Planted two trees in back yard. Additional fees are for sidewalks and pavement which must be paid twice a year through escrow. There are two HVAC units which we replaced with more powerful ones in 2017.
