Apartment monthly rent includes water/sewer, electricity is paid by landlord, snow removal and grass cutting is included. Lease can be between 6 months or 12 months whichever suits the tenant. Smoking is allowed but please know you do have neighbors so be alert and respectful. Pets are allowed but with a $25 per pet fee a month, tenants must keep common areas clear of pet feces. Any thing that may not work in the apartment we ask that you contact the office as soon as possible so we can get it fixed. can be 6 months or 1 year lease whichever tends to tenants
