Charming apartment in convenient location. Friendly neighborhood with a variety of tenants- young families, couples, students. Gas and electric included in monthly rent. A short drive from downtown Richmond, Short Pump, parks, and other attractions. Spacious rooms with lots of storage. There is a designated dining area in the living room- we chose to put our table in the kitchen, and have an especially large dining table. The apartment is two floors, with no upstairs or downstairs neighbors. Parking is always available. Recently refinished pool area. We are looking for someone to take over our lease in May- process is simple and clearly laid out by property administration; would involve submitting an application ($50 per person/ couple/ family), confirming eligibility based on income/ credit, and signing some paperwork. Incoming tenants will be able to keep our security deposit (of $300), but there is a $400 fee associated with taking over a contract- which rate we would be happy to split somehow.
