We haven''t seen a home like this on the market. It''s an original "A" frame used as a summer cottage. This is possibly a tear down, because it sits on a fabulous flat lot with amazing views. Or are you looking for the "up north" real cottage? functional and sound - 1 bath, sitting area, 3 sleeping rooms, and a kitchen with a family gathering area in the walk out. Nice floating dock system stays, and 3 car gar.
