FSBO! We are selling our home for the last 13 years. We've updated many things but there is still some work to be done. The good: water heater1yo, furnace2yo. Pluming, electrical, flooring, roof, decks, sheds, windows, doors, attic insulation, cabinets, woodwork, data hard lines throughout, lighting and more have all been updated in the past 10 years. Still lacking: AC is out. I have a new condenser and line-sets but I am waiting on an evaporator which is backordered due to supply chain issues. Two windows may need replaced or repaired. Some sheetrock repair. Other bumps and bruises of a lived in house.
