Neighborhood Description Our neighboorhood is well established, with many neighbors having been here for 30+ years. There are not many rentals, most homes are owner-occupied and most take great care of their yards. We are within walking distance of a brand new elementary school with an AWESOME staff, and are within walking distance of Fairmont Junior High as well. The new community center (adjacent to the new school) offers a variety of classes, and the Fairmont pool is classic summer family fun. The new branch library is set to open in the spring of 2009 just a mile or two away, so there are lots of reasons to settle in this great section of Boise!
