HOA rules and regulations must be followed. Subletting and short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) are not permitted. Tenant must replace HVAC air filters every 90 days. Tenant shall report water leaks, plumbing issues, or HVAC malfunctions within 24 hours of discovery. Unauthorized occupants and unauthorized pets are prohibited.
