This well-maintained, historic rowhouse is full of original features with modern updates. Pocket doors and hardwood floors. Sunny, quiet street. Right next to Fairmount Park and the bike path, which is a straight shot to Penn and Drexel (15 minutes by bike, 40 minutes to walk) and convenient to Temple (about the same commute times). We will leave behind our furniture and plants. We have two toddlers and could leave behind baby furniture as well, if desired. Furnished sublet for 12 months. Utilities not included but would stay in our name. We would also keep our cleaner who comes once a month but would split the cost ($130/month, of which we would pay $65).
