A RARE FIND! Located in a beautifully serene, enclave community in the heart of Frisco with NO HOA. Close but not too close to shopping dining & the adorable historic downtown area. Large stately lots with gorgeous custom built, estate style homes. This well built custom was skillfully constructed by Scott Tingle & is being sold by the original owners who have ADORED this home. The arched doorways, round windows, plantation shutters, & window seats add character, while the many built ins add much desired storage & shelving. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. There are rooms that could make a 4th & 5th bedroom if needed & there are 2 studies. The upstairs gameroom has a bar with kitchenette & a balcony that overlooks the sparkling pool. The enormous backyard offers plenty of room for a storage shed, workshop, playset, garden, etc. Cleverly designed with 2 staircases, large bedrooms with walk in closets, generous storage closets, a 3 car garage & a green space view from every window.
