It is on the second floor of a medium sized complex. There is a pool, jacuzzi. sauna and bbq area. Laundry is shared on-site and can be paid for by coin or app. There are two spots, one uncovered and one covered. No guest parking for the complex. I will be changing the carpet to LVP. There is a in wall ac unit in the living room. Electric and Internet is not included. I don't have restrictions on pets other than no more than 2. Perfer them to be quite and friendly for the complex. Perfer to meet them and you. Images show how I have it furnished. the ones before are from when I purchased it. The walls are painted a light grey now instead of the beige. I am selling all of our furniture as well so if you are interested in purchasing some to stay I am happy to negotiate that as well. There are HOA guidelines to be followed. It is more in regards to plants on the rail, noise regulations. Condo is avaliable around the beginning/ mid of November. We are making the transition to another city and may need to be flexible. electric and internet is not included
