Located right off I-94 in Moorhead, Townhomes at Mallard Creek offers easy access to MSUM, Concordia, restaurants, interstate access, grocery, gas, and so much more. Resident is responsible for all utilities. Cats and Dogs are welcome. Up to two cats are allowed with an additional refundable deposit of $695 and no monthly pet rent. Up to two dogs are allowed with combined adult weight of 50 pounds (some breed restrictions) with $350 non-refundable pet deposit + $40/month per dog in pet rent. Application fee is $35 per person and we check credit, criminal and rental history.
