Maximum stay: 90 days (extensions may be considered if mutually agreed upon). Check-in and check-out dates will be agreed upon before occupancy. Rent Rent is due in advance on the agreed payment date. A refundable security deposit may be required and will be returned after move-out, less any deductions for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
