Just a few blocks from the Emerald Isle bridge, this community allows you to avoid busy island traffic but is still conveniently located within a mile of restaurants, shops, a movie theater, mini golf, walking trail and water park. There is a grassy area on one side of the Park Model that will never be built on so that affords you more privacy. Outdoor deck includes outdoor dining set, 2 deck umbrellas and rubbermaid deck box that all convey with the unit. The kitchen has a gas range, microwave, white cabinets, gorgeous backsplash, a large island with storage underneath, 2 bar stools, under cabinet lighting, and double stainless sink. The main bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and plenty of cabinets. The bathroom has a tub/shower combination with storage cabinets. The oversized upstairs loft can easily fit two queen mattresses. One built in closet and drawer for storage. All exterior and interior furnishings convey with the unit with the exception of personal grooming items/clothes/pictures, food, coffee maker, DVD player, and 2 wall pictures in the LR. 2025 lot rent is $6700. Services included with the lot rent are basic cable, maintenance of the common areas, security gates and trash. This unit has a $6000 transfer fee which must be paid to the park owner at closing. Per the lease, you can have friends and family use the unit but you cannot rent it out. Max 2 animals per unit. Battery powered gas carts allowed. Park is open full-time year-round for your enjoyment. Park Model RV's are titled by the Division of Motor Vehicles and you pay an annual personal property tax.
