Located 15 min from the path for easy access into NYC. Laundromat is located only two blocks away. Also just two blocks from Newark ave which has many restaurants, stores, barber shop/hair salon and more. Renter pay for electricity and gas. Owners pay for water. No smoking or loud music in apartment . No private parking
