Our home is situated on one acre of woods with a creek out front, so the apartment is tranquil, away from the noise of traffic and surrounded by Nature. There is a bathroom with a large shower, full kitchen with dishwasher, electric stove/oven, refrigerator, and plenty of shelf space. There is a laundry room with full size washer and drier, as well as a large walk-in closet with shelves. Just outside the apartment is an area for a grill and/or outside dining. A heating/AC unit in the studio allows the renter to set the thermostat to their preference; and the water heater is separate from the rest of the house.. There are ceramic tile floors throughout. Venetian blinds on all windows and the door. The size of the apartment accommodates one person, no pets , no smoking or vaping. It is perfect for someone who enjoys a fairly quiet life, rather than a more social atmosphere, as it is in a private home and parking space is limited. Included in rental fee: water, electric, gas, garbage and Comcast cable TV and wi-fi. A background check, including employment, and credit references will be required.
