On the Hill in East Greenwich within a short walk to the Main street restaurants, shops, waterfront and recreation fields. This apartment is the first floor of the building and is huge! It has a private back porch and rear entrance from a driveway. School age children attend one of the best school districts in New England! The Hill area is one of the nicest neighborhoods in R.I.! This lease is one month at a time. This doesn't mean we prefer tenants only stay for a month. We love long term rentals. A one month lease enables tenants and landlords flexibility to end the tenancy with only a thirty day notice. This past year two tenants were able to purchase houses because they didn't have to pay for the remainder of a year lease! They were able to apply the funds to their house down payment!
