Major renovation and repairs are needed, that's why I'm asking for $31,178 My home has 2 stories, the 4 big bedrooms are upstairs, 6 brms altogether. and a storage room, no attic for storage, has a partial basement, no Garage, 2 bedrooms are downstairs, has an asphalt driveway, a lawn in the Backyard,, no cooling system, old Tub, no shower, a roomy kitchen and one Wall Heater in my dining room. This house needs to be renovated. Plumbing, electrical, wiring, House piping, needs a new more modern Bathroom and Heating and cooling repairs. My backyard needs Tree removal services and my half Basement does get flooded in some rainy months on the Summer. It is a minor problem, not much trouble for many years now. Roofing work is also a concern. .Massive repairs are required to make my house more livable. Gas Line and plumbing work and flooring and update the kitchen and my bathroom. My front porch needs new repairs to fix rotting parts. Electrical re-wiring will be a big help, Walls and two 4 ceilings has to be dry walled and fixed.
