We have a spacious room available starting in September and are looking for a 3rd roommate. The room has hardwood floors, great natural light, and plenty of space for a bed, desk, and other furniture. There is also a separate closet/storage space that could be used as an office, gym area, or extra storage if needed. A little about us: I'm a Data Analyst at a pharmaceutical company, and the other roommate is a PhD student at Tufts. We're looking for someone similar to us respectful, clean, responsible, and fun/easygoing. Ideally, we'd like someone who keeps shared spaces clean, communicates well, and wants a chill, peaceful, and friendly home environment. No short term lease. Landlord will do background and credit check. No cigarette smoking inside.
