I have a basement room for rent. No smoking indoors please, vape is just fine tho. Rent is $800 per person, leases are separate from person to person, not for the entire house or basement area. Month to month lease, 60 day notice to vacate required. Utilities are included and fiber internet is available (sign a contract that says you won't use it for pirating or anything else illegal). HE Washer/Dryer on site. No fee's, just use HE liquid soap. Bedroom is 15x9 foot, share a bathroom downstairs with 1 roommate. Kitchen upstairs shared between the 4 of us. 3 minutes from WSU if you're a student. On street parking, and it's a side street with little traffic. I have cats, so you've gotta love kitties.
