This apartment is very nice student living space with a large upstairs living room, kitchen and halfbath for guests. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms with private full bathrooms and a laundry unit. The life of the campus is all around as this location is around all of the other University Village apartments and there are other students near by. This is for a sublease of the current lease that I have. We are leaving town at the beginning of August and we were signed up to be here until next year, so we are looking for someone to take over our lease. The sublease can start August 7th (just before the semester starts) and can continue for the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year.
