All linens and towels are provided and the kitchen is fully stocked for you to make home made meals during your visit to Miami. We accept nightly, weekly, and monthly rentals - great for a weekend getaway or a seasonal rental. About the other units: We also have 2 efficiency studios, a 1/1 apartment, and a 2 story loft apartment that can be rented separately or all together. The outdoor areas are shared with our other guests. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and a $100 pet fee will be applied if approved. We do not allow smoking on our property or inside the home. An additional "de-smoking" fee of $500 will be incurred if we discover evidence of smoking. No events without prior approval Parking is free in the driveway and on the street. Owner covers all utilities and water and maintenance so you can fully enjoy your visit to Miami without worry.
