Our house is on a quiet street in South Seattle, very near to bus service and one mile from the Rainier Beach Light Rail station. We are renting our large, private daylight half-basement, which includes living room, 1 bedroom, a private bathroom with tub and shower, and private laundry facilities. Entry is from the backyard which is easily accessible from the side of the house. We are also very close to Rainier beach community center, library and Safeway. $50 non refundable per adult for background and credit check. Owner and tenant share all utilities
