Pets are welcome as long as they don't exceed 35lbs. Can exceed weight limit if they are ESA or similar certified. There is no smoking in public places, only in individual renter units, parking private parking lot directly outside of unit. Pets are welcome but must be under 35lbs unless a certified ESA or similar. Regular maintenance of the HVAC is covered by property owner unless in excess of $135 standard maintenance. Park Place covers all exterior work outside of the rental unit and patio area. There is a pool on the property for use by all residents, guests are limited to 6/resident.
