Before we moved in: new kitchen cabinets, built in dresser, all windows (Andersen) and all doors incl. garage door and garage floor were already replaced a year before 2007 when the house was sold for amazing 170k. The backroom (with complete roof) was also added then, which you can see in Tax History Chart, as well as grass cutting penalty in 2010 and 2011. Since we moved in, 3 years ago (I, the new owner, religiously cut the grass, lol), I replaced linoleum with tiles in: kitchen, laundry, and both full baths; elsewhere laminate; then: surveillance cameras, all appliances, laundry sink and faucet, bedrooms painting, shades/blinds, one broken glass, wooden swing set... Never finished the paint job. Portion of the driveway needs resurfacing/patching (cheap, which I may try), or complete replacing (est. $ 8000), front PVC fence waits in the garage to be installed.
