About me: -27 years old. -Work for an industrial measurements company (in office 3 days per week). -Love basketball, fitness, clothes, thriller shows/movies, memes, cats, and hanging out with my girlfriend (I'm usually at her place 2-4 days of the week). -I have a lovely cat, Yuumi, who enjoys attention and likes to play. -Very clean, organized, neat - and will ask that you are as well to a reasonable extent. :) Feel free to message me if you are interested! About you: -Around 20 to 30 years old (not a dealbreaker) -Any ethnicity/sexuality/gender/religion -Also a very clean, organized, neat, and considerate roommate -Financially responsible (either working full time or receiving parental support to make monthly rent payments), no debt, and no history of late payments -Bonus: can provide reference(s) from previous roommates and/or landlords -My biggest priority in my search for a roommate/tenant is finding someone who is clean, considerate, reasonably quiet, non-disturbing/non-intrusive. We don't have to be best friends or have the same interests/hobbies - BUT we do have to get along, have a healthy roommate relationship, and foster an environment that both people can enjoy living in.
