This is considered the upper keys area and is very convenient to get to. Approximately 1.5 hour drive from MIAMI airport. This is a gated community with 24 hour security, very private and exclusive for the residents. There's a very nice community pool and a club house. Please note: We have 5 Star reviews on VRBO for the last 20 years The unit is very well maintained and can sleep up to 8 comfortably. There is a total of 3 full bedrooms and a loft on the 3rd floor. The unit will comfortably sleep 8! The unit is only about two hours from Key West and there are so many unique sights and sounds in the area. Most important though, is that you will experience the Florida Keys legendary lifestyle! No watches, no worries, everyone is laid back. Whatever you are into: boating fishing, snorkeling, diving, this rental is for you. You are assured a peaceful and relaxing vacation here. Owners are very accommodating!! Please note: this unit is available November-May each calendar year. We are currently seeking renters for November 2024 through May of 2025 that would like to rent for a minimal of one month, or as many months you would like for the months of November-May. Yes- we are accepting bookings for 2025-2026 as well! Please ask, we are here for YOU! The owners association requires all renters to stay at least 28 days or more at a time. The unit is available November-May each year and we are currently seeking renters for November 2024 through December 26th, March and April of 2025 calendar year. Feel free to rent the unit for just one month, or a few months at a time. Please disregard "lease duration" of one month- we are looking to rent for one month, or as many months as you would like.
