Newly renovated with new paint and new flooring. There is a working wood fire place included as well. Owner pays utilities so long as utilities are not abused. If utility prices spike, utilities will no longer be payed by owner. Street parking only. I have small children, so we are looking for a respectable, trustworthy person to rent our back unit. I have young children and do entertain friends and family in the evenings from time to time in my outdoor bar/patio area and if occasional noise is an issue for you, this may not be the home for you. We play music and have kids running around, however the studio has a lot of privacy and is separated from the home behind the garage.This is a single person unity ONLY. No exceptions.
