This is a nice, simple, light, bright, clean old Ballard rambler in a fantastic neighborhood. It's spacious with 3 bedrooms plus a downstairs playroom or art space and an additional ddownstairs room that could be a guest bedroom or storage space. Walking distance to Whitman Middle School, Soundview Playfield, and most importantly, Dick's Hamburgers! This house has the biggest lot on the block with 2 fenced yards (one for the kids on one for the critters?) and a 3rd semi-fenced yard with raised beds for gardening. There are currently red rasberry bushes and a lovely french plum tree on the property. The owner (that's me!) keeps a car in the garage off the alley however the other side is availble to you for a car or for storage. In addition, there's an off street parking space adjecent to the garage. It's a lovely quiet neighborhood just a block off of Olympic Manor and street parking is no problem. 2 doors down at the end of the dead end street is the Crown Hill Glen Natural area. It's a 5 minute walk to Metropolitan Market and Grocery Outlet. Many of the neighbors have young kids between 3 and 7 years old and there's a really nice neighborhood feeling.
