We are proud of our patio home. It simply has features that most homes in this price range don’t have like a large kitchen, 2 car garage, private patio/yard, well maintained community, wood flooring, faux wood blinds, a fireplace and the community pool & spa. What is most important is the lifestyle here. We’ve always felt safe and really like the sense of peace and quite. The location is the best. We’re close to freeways, shopping and all sorts of events and activities like Cardinal Football, Coyote’s Hockey, Baseball’s Spring Training, Glendale Arena, Lake Pleasant and the 2008 Super Bowl.
