Great location... walking distance to restaurants and the University of MN. Spacious rooms with tons of light. We have two nice rooms available in a great neighborhood near the U of MN. I am the owner and have gone back to college for my degree in HR. I have two wonderful dogs that love to cuddle so if you want some puppy time without the hassle of owning this is the place for you. Our home is quiet and clean. We are respectful of our fellow roommates but love a family style of living...so hanging out together is great but privacy is always expected. We share utilities and have laundry in the basement that is included in the rent. I have one space in the detached garage for a $25 fee per month if needed.
