The rent will be $1,095/ plus split utilities and includes: - One private bedroom (unfurnished) - One private bathroom - Plenty storage inside the home. - Amazon Prime, Netflix - Full access to the common area - Street parking - Preferably 6 month Lease (month-to-month lease thereafter) Ideal roommate would be: - Employed or in school full-time. - Age: 20s or 30s - Clean - Easy going and respectable A little about us, we are a young couple and easy going. We enjoy the outdoors (hiking, mountain biking, camping) as much as staying indoors. We also prefer cooking at home during weekdays and occasionally try a new hole in the wall restaurant during the weekends.
