    Sublease or full rental available. This corner 2 bed / 2 bath has been the best home for me for over 5 years! Here is why, you will love it as well. As a real estate broker, I can honestly say, it is one of the best floor plans that I have seen, especially at this price point. It is a split floor plan with large bedrooms and an open concept. The C Shaped kitchen has been absolutely perfect for entertaining friends and family. Ample counter space for cooking prep. The floor to ceiling windows in the corner will captivate - unparalleled views that I can't believe every single day. Also, it is a plant haven with all of the natural sunlight it gets. Clearly, look at all the plants. The balcony has been amazing for working outside or calming down with a glass of wine. It never gets old. Location is phenomenal. Right between the blue line, brown line and red line less than a mile for all. Target is 2 blocks. It is the perfect spot between everything. We walk everywhere. It is one mile door to beach (Oak St) as well. Plus for dogs, there are so many open fields that I take my pup to run her brains out. Rent comes with 2 garage parking spaces. Internet and cable are included in the rent as well. Also, the building is so well run. They clean it every morning, and they bring your packages to your door every morning. It is a low frills building, but intimate. I have gotten to know the neighbors so well. I love this home, and I would have bought it if my landlord would have sold it to me. Fortunately, I bought my first home elsewhere (it was time), so I have to say good bye. End of an era. Landlord is really great btw. This can be a sublease or a rental. Sublease is through March 2026 or start a new 12 month lease.
