Great bunch of roommates who are allat Pacific Lutheran University. They all have jobs and are relaxed and love to have fun. Very reliable. Washer and Dryer included in house. Front yard and plenty of space to park out front. I would be willing to pay 150 dollars to help with rent. Close to Pacific Avenue and the 512 freeway giving you quick and easy access to almost anywhere in Tacoma or the surrounding area. Groceries and other commodities are also very close and accessible. This would be a great place to spend the summer.
