There is a UCSD shuttle right outside, and buses 201 and 202 go directly to campus, making it very convenient to get to Gilman Transit Center. Most residents in the complex are UCSD students. You can also walk to school, and it only takes about 15 minutes from here. Monthly rent is $1,420, including water, electricity, and internet. There are no other additional fees. If you sign a one-year lease, the price can be more favorable. The unit has four bedrooms in total. The roommates are all UCSD students and visiting scholars. They are usually quiet and take turns cleaning the common areas. My room is on the second floor and is a private single room. There is a washer and dryer on the second floor, and there are two bathrooms in total, one upstairs and one downstairs. The refrigerator is shared, and there is enough space. I am looking for a clean and easy-to-communicate student to take over. Gender is not restricted. It is best if you can sign a new contract directly with the landlord and go through the formal process.
