The unit is a 3 bedroom floor plan but a wall has been left down to create a larger living area so there are really only two bedrooms but has the square footage of the three bedroom units. The unit can be changed back to a 3 bedroom unit by putting up one short wall. For someone living alone this really gives a lot more living room space. It was built this way when it was first under construction. The design changes were made then. The closet area in the second bedroom has also been adjusted. These modifications make it so nice. The community is located between business and by pass 17. Close to the ocean, shopping and most anything you might need. Just ideal!!!! A must see before your client makes a decision.
