We are so excited you are here to enjoy our special spot. We have worked so hard, over the years, to update our cottage and make it what it is today. We hope you have a wonderful time and please treat it as your own! It was a big, hard decision for us to decide to rent out our home to help pay for our son's school. We would love nothing more than for you to have a wonderful time while visiting and please be the most respectful, thoughtful guests. Thank you for your conscientious, considerate, manners. These are STRICTLY followed by all residents on the lake. Please do not, for any reason, create a wake before 11:00 or after 7:30. Quiet hours are 10:00pm-8:00am. Thank you for respecting the neighbors who live close by and the fact that noise travels easily on the water. There is absolutely NO SMOKING! Dogs are allowed but NO CATS. Nine guests are allowed and $50 per night, for each additional guest. Firewood is not provided for bon-fires in the fire-pit on the beach; please purchase your own. Do NOT LITTER! Please kindly pick up all trash, cans and bottles, etc. and properly dispose of them to keep our property and our lake clean and healthy.
