The house is a furnished 3 Bedroom/2 Bath house with fenced backyard/patio. There is one lane of parking 3 car lengths deep. The utilities are included, but lawn maintenance expected by the tenant. Use of a small garden in the backyard is available for the ones who enjoy that hobby. All utilities included ! I am looking for short or long term lease, but prefer 3-6 months as term. Even if you want it for 1 year, I prefer writing shorter term leases to allow either you or myself a way out of something we don't see as the perfect fit. I want you to be happy there as this furnished place is/was my home.
